More WiFi on Prince Street

There’s a new open hotspot on Price Street between Fitzroy and Euston. It’s roughly across from the YMCA and next door to the First Baptist Church. This is in addition to the access point at 100 Prince Street.

The SSID is WiFiCharlottetown.org. Thanks to Isaac G.

I'd just like to point out that the access point is at 237 Prince - the big red building right between First Baptist, and the great brick house. I haven't tested the range yet - but its basically in a front window on the second floor, so it should be pretty decent.
Sadly, due to a dead access point, and a switch of broadband providers, this point is down for the time being.

I don't know if anyone will see this post...Things have been "quiet" on this site for some time.
Just thought I'd mention a wi-fi node that I have that are open, and available for internet access.:
16 Myrtle St, Stratford Business Park, Stratford.
(Note: We do review regular access logs from these routers.)
does anyone update this webpage? []
Hows the wi-fi progress coming along in Charlottetown. Did any other stores show a slight trend close to babbas or cedars eatery? Im looking for more spots in the Charlottetown area.
word is that UPEI is going wifi by the end of the summer, good news eh? Apparently you can see the antenna from the road.
UPEI is testing wifi right now...after the field test they are going to start charging students for wifi....don't know how that's going to work....

I heard twork that there will be a charlottetown wide WiFI access point going up. It will be pay per month though. The people puting it on is Surf city Internet Cafe on university Ave at the old goerges grill. From what i hear from them that this will be a fairly good connection speed if you are in range. I think they said that they will be running 802.11G. so the range and strength will be good.
